Our products are made fresh to order in artisan batches, so please allow up to 7 (seven) business days for order processing to be completed. If you are ordering our products from Amazon.com, please review Amazon’s shipping policy for further details.
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Shipping times vary according to carrier schedules and distances. U.S. customers in the 48 contiguous states should allow up to 5 (five) business days after your parcel has been shipped for the arrival of your purchase. This time may be greater under special circumstances such as during extreme weather or during the holiday shopping season. The annual holiday shopping season begins November 1st and ends December 31th. Orders expected to arrive before December 25th should be placed by or before November 25th.
All International orders and orders outside the contiguous United States ship for a flat rate of $20.00.
Average delivery time for International orders once shipped, is between 10-35 business days. By default, international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class Package International. Please note that this shipping method has a total weight limit of four (4) pounds / 1.8 kilos.
Products are made fresh to order. Average processing time is 5 (five) business days; you will be notified within 2 (two) business days after placing your order if any circumstances arise that may cause a delay in processing your purchase. Orders are shipped Tuesday thru Friday.
If you need to adjust or cancel an order you must notify us within 1 (one) hour of having made your purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive a parcel tracking number via email. Depending on the carrier, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information associated with the number to appear.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. Charges to your credit card or PayPal account will appear as “FAR Botanicals Limited”. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
FAR Botanicals only collects sales tax for the state of Ohio. International orders are subject to Customs inspection. Any additional taxes, duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Promo codes are provided as a gratuity to customers. It is your responsibility to utilize coupons at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are not obligated to honor requests to apply coupons to orders retroactively. Only one coupon code may be used during checkout. If you qualify to use several coupon codes, you must select which code you’d prefer to use. Only legitimate promo codes issued by FAR Botanicals may be redeemed through our online store.
This Return Policy refers to individual shoppers who make a purchase from farbotanicals.com. Business customers have a different set of terms which are outlined in your professional sales contract.
FAR Botanicals offers a 3 week guarantee on all full size products purchased through our online store. There are no refunds issued for sample sizes. From the moment your product arrives, you have 3 weeks to use it and return it if you find you have gained zero benefit or zero results. We suggest using a product for at least 1 (one) full week before you determine it has not worked for you. To initialize a return, contact us at . In your email, please provide some feedback about why the product did not work for you, as this helps us make improvements if possible. Once we’ve received the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to the method of payment used when your order was placed. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you received an incorrect item or an item was damaged in transit, you have 3 days from the time the product was delivered to you to notify us of any problem. All items that are returned to us must be in their original packaging, and please return original shipping materials if a claim is being made for a package that was damaged in transit.
For your own protection we recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance when sending a package back to FAR Botanicals, we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Days of Operation
FAR Botanicals recognizes all federal holidays. We suspend operations during our Winter and Summer breaks. Our Winter break is the first 3 (three) weeks of January. Our Summer break is the first 2 (two) weeks of July. Customers are welcome to place orders during this time. We process purchases in the order in which they arrived once we return.
