Communication
Our primary mode of communication with our customers is via email. Emails regarding orders are given top priority. Whenever you submit information to www.FARbotanicals.com (the “Site”), whether such information is in the form of an order, request for an account, a question, comment or general feedback, you will receive a confirmation message to the email address you supply to us. If after contacting us you have not received a confirmation message within 15 minutes, please check your email’s trash or spam folder and add us to your email’s address book or list of contacts. By sending a correspondence to Fat & Rich Botanicals® or opening an account with us you agree to be added to our mailing and to receive periodic correspondences about sales, new products and general news. If you would like not to receive these advertisements, send an email requesting to be removed from our mailing list.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. In the process of placing an order or opening an account on the Site you will be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, shipping address, credit card number, etc. By opting to provide this information you agree to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Privacy Policy, you may opt not to provide this information, but your experience of the Site’s services will be limited. Sensitive information that you submit to the Site to actuate a purchase is never transferred to any third party other than to our chosen payment processing partners. To insure maximum security for the information you provide to us, credit card numbers are never stored on our site, and any private data pertaining to a sale is passed on to our PCI Compliant payment clearance partners (i.e. Paypal,).

Shipping Policy
At this time we ship to every state and territory of the United States as well as Internationally. We apologize, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping times vary according to carrier schedules and distances. U.S. customers in the 48 contiguous states should allow up to 14 business days for the arrival of your purchase. This time may be extended to up to 3 weeks under special circumstances such as after a large event, after our winter or summer break, after a sale or during the holiday shopping season. International customers and customers outside of the contiguous U.S. should account for any delays that may occur due to customs, please allow 3-4 weeks for the arrival of your parcel.

The annual holiday shopping season begins November 1st and ends December 30th. Orders expected to arrive before December 25th should be placed by or before November 25th.

Order Policy
Every effort is made to process orders quickly and efficiently for our customers’ convenience. Average turnaround time is one week; you will be notified within 3 days after placing your order if any circumstances arise that may cause a delay in processing your purchase. Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday thru Thursday.

If you need to cancel an order you must notify us within one hour of having made your purchase, please use CANCEL ORDER in the subject line of your email. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered, only canceled, so you will have to place a new order to make adjustments. Once your order has shipped you will receive a third party tracking number via email. Depending on the carrier, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information associated with the number to appear.

Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are provided as a gratuity to customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize coupons at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we are not obligated to honor requests to apply coupons to orders retroactively. Only one coupon code may be used during checkout. If you qualify to use several coupons, you must select which coupon you’d prefer to use.

Payment Policy
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept the following methods of payment: CODs, personal checks or money orders. Your purchase will be billed by The Essence Craft Company, LTD. An abbreviation of the company name may appear on your credit card statement in the form of “ESSENCECRAF” or “Essence Craft Co”.

For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing name and address of the credit card used for payment. No exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Taxes, Duties &Customs Fees
Fat & Rich Botanicals® only collects sales tax for the state of Ohio. International orders are subject to Customs inspection. Any additional taxes, duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
Please Note: Only products purchased from www.FARbotanicals.com may qualify for a return.

Sample Packs are made available so that customers have an opportunity to try Fat & Rich Botanicals® products before committing to a larger size purchase. Customers are encouraged to try a Sample Pack before buying full size products. Sample Packs are sold under a 30 Day Money Back Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your samples you may return them for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, within 30 days from the date the product is shipped. Shipping costs back to Fat & Rich Botanicals® are the responsibility of the customer.

Full size products may only be returned or exchanged for a product of equal value or store credit under the following circumstance: item(s) where damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped to you. In the case that you received the wrong item, the product must remain unopened and intact to qualify for store credit or exchange. If returning a full size product for the above reasons, you must contact us with 48 hours after your package has been delivered.

Before a return will be honored, you must take the following action:

  • Send us an email with the subject line RETURNS.
  • In your email include the Order# and describe the product you are returning, and why you are returning it.
  • We will honor your request to return your product within 24 hours. You will receive an email containing a Return Authorization Number, print out a copy of this email as well as a copy of your receipt and include these two documents with the items you are returning.
  • If you are returning a Sample Pack, all products in the Sample Pack must be returned to qualify for a refund.

For your own protection we recommend that you use expedited and insured shipping back to Fat & Rich Botanicals®, we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

We close down operation for winter break during the first two weeks of January, and for summer break, the first two weeks of July.
